How the Process Works

For Renters

Browse existing reservations, post a custom travel request, or request a point transfer — all protected by our secure escrow process.
Submit your offer or state your price per point. Members typically respond within 24 hours. Negotiate freely until both sides agree.
E-sign your rental agreement, submit your escrow payment, and the member will add your name to the reservation. You're booked!

When you rent an existing reservation, the dates, accommodations, and length of stay are typically fixed. Custom requests give you more flexibility — tell us what you want and let members compete for your business.

All funds are held in escrow and released only after successful check-in, giving you complete peace of mind throughout the process.

Once the member accepts your offer, Disney will send your booking confirmation directly to you with your name on the reservation.
