By using DVC Rental Club ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Platform Role

DVC Rental Club is a marketplace that facilitates transactions between DVC members ("Members") and guests ("Renters"). We are not a party to the rental agreement between Members and Renters. We act as an escrow agent, holding funds until the check-in date.

2. Escrow & Payments

All payments are held in escrow by DVC Rental Club. Funds are released to the Member on the Renter's check-in date. By submitting payment, you authorize us to hold funds under these terms.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are governed by the signed rental agreement between Member and Renter. Please review our Cancellation Process page for details.

4. DVC Rules Compliance

All rentals must comply with Disney Vacation Club rules and regulations. Members are responsible for ensuring their rental activity complies with DVC membership guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

DVC Rental Club is not responsible for actions or inactions of Members or Renters, changes made by Disney to resort policies, park pass availability, or any force majeure events affecting your stay.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Florida. For questions, contact us here.
