We charge no upfront fees of any kind and are paid out of the proceeds the same day you are paid.
The day your renters check-in, we will subtract our service fee and remit the balance to you via your
desired payment method.
We charge $4.00 per point rented as our service fee — deducted automatically at check-in
with no action required from you.

- 3 On check-in day, our $4.00/point service fee is deducted from the total.
