Disney's Villas at Grand Floridian Resort and Spa on Seven Seas Lagoon

Disney's Villas at Grand Floridian Resort & Spa

Seven Seas Lagoon, Walt Disney World Resort — Victorian elegance with Magic Kingdom views

Overview

Disney's Villas at Grand Floridian Resort & Spa represent the pinnacle of luxury in the Disney Vacation Club system. Set within Walt Disney World's flagship hotel — the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa — on the shores of Seven Seas Lagoon, these villas place guests at the heart of the Magic Kingdom Resort Area with iconic views of Cinderella Castle across the water.

The Grand Floridian's Victorian-era architecture, with its soaring white gabled roofline, red tin roof, and beautifully manicured grounds, has made it the most photographed hotel at Walt Disney World since its opening in 1988. The DVC villas, added in 2013 in the dedicated Big Pine Key building, carry that same refined elegance into every detail — from the soft color palettes and ornate woodwork to the spa-inspired bathrooms and full gourmet kitchens.

Monorail access directly from the resort to Magic Kingdom and EPCOT makes the Grand Floridian one of the most convenient locations at Walt Disney World. For guests who want to feel the full grandeur of a Disney vacation, there is simply nothing like the Grand Floridian.
