Disney's Villas at Grand Floridian Resort & Spa represent the pinnacle of luxury in the Disney Vacation Club system. Set within Walt Disney World's flagship hotel — the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa — on the shores of Seven Seas Lagoon, these villas place guests at the heart of the Magic Kingdom Resort Area with iconic views of Cinderella Castle across the water.

The Grand Floridian's Victorian-era architecture, with its soaring white gabled roofline, red tin roof, and beautifully manicured grounds, has made it the most photographed hotel at Walt Disney World since its opening in 1988. The DVC villas, added in 2013 in the dedicated Big Pine Key building, carry that same refined elegance into every detail — from the soft color palettes and ornate woodwork to the spa-inspired bathrooms and full gourmet kitchens.

Three-Bedroom Grand Villa (Sleeps 12)

The largest and most opulent accommodation at the Grand Floridian DVC — a multi-bedroom masterpiece with a full gourmet kitchen, formal dining area, multiple living spaces, and the kind of square footage that transforms a Disney vacation into a genuine luxury retreat. Some Grand Villas offer stunning views of the Seven Seas Lagoon and Cinderella Castle.

Location & Transportation

The Grand Floridian sits on the northern shore of Seven Seas Lagoon, sharing the Magic Kingdom Resort Area monorail loop with the Contemporary and Polynesian resorts. The monorail provides direct service to Magic Kingdom and connects to the EPCOT loop via the Transportation and Ticket Center. Boats also run between the resort and Magic Kingdom for a scenic alternative.

Bus service from the resort to Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and Disney Springs runs regularly throughout the day. Self-parking is complimentary for resort guests. The resort is approximately 20 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO).
