Common questions about renting DVC points and listing your membership

Browse available listings filtered by resort, dates, and points needed. Submit a rental request to the member listing points. Once both sides agree, sign a rental agreement through our platform. The member books your Disney reservation after the agreement is signed.
Yes. DVC members are permitted to rent their points under their membership agreement. Member-to-member point rentals are a well-established practice in the DVC community. Our platform provides the legal rental agreement framework to protect both parties.
Rental prices vary by resort and season, typically ranging from $18 to $25 per point. A one-bedroom villa for a week at a deluxe resort typically requires 100 to 200 points, making the total cost $1,800 to $5,000 -- significantly less than Disney direct cash rate for the same room.
Every rental includes a binding agreement specifying the resort, room type, dates, and total cost. Payment is held in escrow until the reservation is confirmed by Disney. If the member fails to book as agreed, you receive a full refund.
DVC reservations are made by the member in the Disney system. You can specify your preferred room type (studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, grand villa), view category, and accessibility needs. Specific room assignments are made by Disney at check-in.
A use year is the 12-month period in which DVC points are allocated. Each contract has a use year month (January, March, June, September, etc.). Points that are not used by the end of the use year can typically be banked into the following year. When renting, the member must have current, unborrowed points available.
